Noooo, that ruins it. Besides, you don’t need to use any trial 4 stars. The only part you can’t cheat in the beginning is ambers temple bit, but that’s only because of the pyro. You can cheese all of kaeya’s domain like shown in the video, and there’s a wind current in Lisa’s that can be used to skip almost all of the domain. So the important domains, at least in the beginning can be cheesed. I don’t think you need electro in the story trials until inazuma, where you get electro traveler, and all the other statues of the seven can be gotten without completing the story. There are also ways to get to inazuma early, but I don’t think he’ll do them

I personally think that you should pick Jean. She is such a great universal unit, as she could be a healer, a dps or a sub dps, depending on build that she's using. Also, i think Jean is a good choise as getting limited 5-star healer such as Kokomi, might be actually difficult and expensive. Love your vids, way to go!

@@StrangerDanger3279 funny thing is jean was my 1st 5 star and she didnt do much. she took way more investment than barbara i always was healed beacause of noelle and barabara . my progression was so slow until i pulled furina. every enemy too like 3 minutes to beat besides hilichurls. i had to avoid lawachurls bosses and fatui skirmishers since its a pain to fight.

I just found you and I already love this. I love how calm and soothing your voice is, and I really enjoy the long form videos with limited editing. I love watching content creators with almost impossible challenges, large edits, and dramatic narration, but it's nice every once in a while to just have more laidback videos this in the background while drawing or cleaning. I think you should choose Jean, Krac. She is a great healer, she can use viridescent venerer for a resistance shred, she can throw enemies, she can be a dps or a support, she's extremely flexible and universal... Etc. I think she's your best option as she can provide a lot of utility. Remember: Anyone can be a DPS, but not everyone can be a support.

Jean would be a great support to pick, but if you'd like a sub-dps (primarily for dendro traveler who is definitely the best pick) keqing would be a good option because of quicken/spread! She would also be good for traversel

I would say Tighnari would be a good choice for your free 5 star. Dendro is arguably one of the strongest elements right now and Tighnari is fairly easy to build. He’s also easy to play. Dehya is a close 2nd, reliable source of off-field pyro application and quick swap for those early game puzzles that require pyro (i remember those torches in dragonspine), helps your party with survivability, she’s also a claymore user which means its faster to mine ores/crystals with her for crafting and character mats and easy to build just stack hp artifacts on her (given the rng of artifacts you’ll easily farm those HP stats lol) 3rd would be Keqing, with the Dendro element she has become a better unit (coz dendro is just so busted). Her skill is useful for exploration too But yeah i would say those 3 are worth it! Hope this helps! 🎉

Jean will be strong enough for story content and exploration, but if you pull Raiden maybe Tighnari isnt bad for a strong dps and vice versa if you pull Kinich dehya could be great for Pyro application, but if you want to get the Pyro archon later on Dehya would be a waste again. Keqing is only great with Nahida so maybe getting her and pulling Nahida next patch could also be an option

7:18 , as someone who only started this year around March and it was definitely overwhelming as a new player! I'm lucky to have had someone in my life who's played longer help me with exploration so I could get most waypoints and tell me what would be best to focus on for characters. The amount of content at some points can still be very overwhelming but it's not as bad as it was when I first started playing now luckily, however you are absolutely correct about how as a new player it can feel like a lot all at once seeing the map and unlocking all the content from world quests to dailies to things like the sakura tree. my one advice to myself since starting and having a period of burnout is to take it as slow as I want! Also I think you should pick Jean for your free five star, she's a healer and can be a good DPS especially since you won't be able to use Barbra for her healing, however diluc could be beneficial too for pyro damage!

Personnaly, seeing Dehya in play would be enjoyable. She's cool, BUT, she restricts teambuilding too much around her since she has a really niche playstyle. I do think that Jean or Keqing would benefit your account the most. Jean works everywhere, can be put everywhere. She does damages, heals, depending on what you want to focus on. Keqing works really well with Dendro, and while Tighnari is really good, he needs too much specifics characters to work well, while Keqing works well in basically any Quickbloom or Aggravate team she's in. Plus, since your account is new, getting her materials will be easier. Now, the Travelers: Anemo Traveler -- While not very good, Anemo Traveler can serve as a battery and buffer for Anemo Characters. Hydro Traveler -- Horrible, not a reliable source of anything. The only use he has is to be played with Nilou because his sixth constellation can heal. Electro Traveler -- An interesting unit that can serve as a pretty good battery for all of the characters in your team. Now, the better options. Geo Traveler -- A really good support and a Burst-DPS. With his first constellation, when in the Burst area, your characters gain an additional 10% crit rate. Plus, if you ever pull for Zhongli, which is the best comfort character, they both can give the Geo resonance. Dendro Traveler -- His best element. He applies his element, for blooms, burnings, hyperblooms... Only his ult his used, thus he needs around 230% Energy Recharge to be able to keep up. This is important, since the damage of the team is relying on this. But Geo would be more relevent if you pull for Nahida in 5.1, since she is just a better version of him. If you read all of that, well first thank you, and second, play however you want! I'm just giving an opinion based on performances and optimization for your account. Kisses

in the lisa domain, you didnt have to use lisa to progress. there is a skip which u can use using the wind current at 59:07. I saw a youtuber named Penguinn who is doing the 5 star only challenge do that to skip the domain. i used the same method in my own playthrough of 5 star only. great vid btw

I think the best way is to use Eather with Dendro element, if you're going for Raiden, you'll have the reactions door open for you and for healing, you can always choose Jean or Qiqi. Albeit Jean would work great with swirling electro during her burst

I think Jean would be a good first pick as a healer, support with nobles or viridesent and she deals good damage. Saying that keqing may also be a good pick as nahida is coming in banner 2 of the next patch so she'd be a good dps however that requires getting nahida which isn't guaranteed.

Yea you can get a 5* on the novice banner but you have about the same luck as you would on standard to get one. I got qiqi on my alt account once! I also think Dehya/Jean would be the best choices. (I know I'm late)

Aether should be dendro support or geo, or anemo at most, but you could pick Jean for that as she is a healer too, and double vv on both sides of the abyss doesn't hurt. Teams you could eventually build up to supports like Xilonen Zhongli Xianyun Furina, subs Nahida Yelan Kazuha, amd dps-es like Navia Neuvillette Raiden Nilou (best speed run charcter for abyss sometimes and good overall with Nahida for aoe potential) and Alhaitham. Furina Neuvillete + Jean/Kazuha/Xilonen, or Neuvillette hyperbloom with Raiden trigger + Nahida/Baizhu, Furina, Traveler with deepwood. Navia benefits a lot form Geo Traveler 10% crit rate of his C1, but her best team mate so far is Chiyori, and Chiori reruns next patch Hu Tao Furina Yelan (flex, Mona/Zhongli/Albedo) Tighnari could be a good dps, with Zhongli(with deepwood) Yae, Kazuha/Traveler (with deepwood) Here my take: next patch, your order of priority should be 1. Nahida , 2. Xilonen (as she'll be good with every geo pyro/hydro/electro/cryo dps), 3. Hu Tao (good pyro dps, Diluc exists, Arlechino is slightly better with all 5 star teams), 4. Chiori (you miss Gorou, and Bennett, best buffers for her), in a way, most 5 stars that scale solely on ATK are hurt by not having a Bennett, so you better pull mostly HP or EM dps character as most atk scalers are hurt by a 5 star only account. I suggest Raiden cause she can still can be used as a hyperbloom dps, for a Hydro Traveler, Nahida, Raiden team, when the enemy is immune to electro and as a Electro vs non electro immune enemies Lyney Ganyu Dehya Eula Wanderer Kinich are poor DPS without Bennett, Xiao theoretically without Faruzan, Ayaka/Ganyu/Wriothesley could be supported by Shenhe, Venti always is a good option for floors 1-11 of the Abyss, Mona is a good support for many Vape and non vape teams, Keqing + Dendro Traveller + Tighnari or Yae works, don't even bother with Tartaglia, Dehya could be an option for characters like Emilie Kinich Ganyu etc that need off-field pyro

For Aether i would definitely get to sumeru and make him dendro. Dendro traveler is a good unit and dendro has good reactions. You can always switch back to other elements if you have to. There should be some teleports im sumeru unlocked, then you dont have to walk the whole way there lol

As a new player in genshin, the only five star I've used so far was Diluc (lost 50/50 and I'm F2P) He's good for a pyro damage and early game, his materials are also in mondstadt and Liyue, they're easy to get and building him would be easy (atleast in my case) he's a good pair with Aether (swirl dmg and all) and he can go up against his own boss, it'll take a long time but at least he could damage it. It's just my take y'know.

Nice video! I'm new here, hello :) At Lisa's temple there is a way to skip using an invisible platform, I'm not sure if it got patched, but the last time I started a new account it worked. You should pick either Keqing or Jean, Jean is a general great support plus anemo is required in some part of the game, sure you have anemo traveler but he is not the best, she also works really well with furina (one of the only 5* supports) and he also a great DPS (you could switch traveler to Dendro, he is pretty good that way) tho keqing is good for mobility since you can’t really get past most of the game puzzles

Depends, If u want a dps diluc keqing and tighnari are good options. Keqing and tighnari are better options imo bcs they have simpler teams, like w keqing u only need dendro and q tighnari electro. Dehya is a good option bcs she’s a fusion of defensive utility, off field pyro and dps if u invest into her so she’s more of an all rounder. Mona is better in more invested accounts and has convenience issues, so I wouldn’t recommend her. Jean is a rlly good healer while also being anemo meaning she can hold vv and be very good if u get furina. And qiqi is cute, she’s a pretty decent hyperbloom carry but not much else. Jean would be best! Also raiden can be played as both a dps and a support (especially with dendro) so you could go for her?

Honestly, I'm thinking Jean or Mona. Childe may rerun not long after this though so i think you should choose Jean. For Pyro maybe you could save for Hu tao or Arlecchino rerun.
