What an absolutely amazing experience. I'm not sure I would have survived on the food!! LOL. But your SKIN!!! OMG. Absolutely GORGEOUS! YOU ARE STUNNING....and OH so sweet. Thank you for sharing this wonderful experience with us. Please share those fabulous sunglasses....I need them! OH...and I just purchased the viral crossbody bag!!!! 😁😍🤩😘

I'm a nurse; some of this "medical" therapy is not validated nor evidence based. Do what you want with the information. Regarding HRT, please reference Dr. Mary Claire Haver. She is a board certified OB/Gyn and menopause specialist.

I hope the test results will be available to your primary physician. It would be great to coordinate those results going with your stateside physician. It's also interesting that your diet is so very different than your usual, so how does this affect test results? Interesting, very solitary, but maybe you liked that. Interested to see how you feel going forward. Thanks for documenting..

Yes they will be available to my primary doctor back home which is awesome! And actually, the diet was meant to be super clean so the test results would read as accurately as possible. Very interesting!

Wow, medical tests. What a fun way to spend vacation. To be frank this comes off as a little entitled. I would go with a reputable doctor and a fun resort.

This trip was for HER health. Mental and physical. SHA medical spa is one of the best in Europe. To be frank, you are extremely judgemental. She wanted to better herself and wanted some help. Maybe you should try it, at a fun resort.

It is what it is. If I got upset everytime someone didn't say like my heels would be a mess. You could maybe think about that a bir.
