This seems like a troll i would do in bloxburg i use to own a hotel then i destroyed it later on after no one came so i decided to use it as my house and adopted kids i use to dress up as a clown when the hotel was open so i decided to troll the kids and flickered the lights and locked them in there rooms with only one light in the hallway on and i would chase them around the town and then went back home and turned back to normal and asked them where they where brought them back and told them "theres no clowns sweety go back to bed ill make cookies" but i never told them it was me.. i changed the pictures in the house whenever I'd troll them into it clowns or blood you might say im sadistic and you wouldent be intirely wrong but the reactions brightend up my day at least!😂
