welcome back to solo travel diary entry no.3
today we are off to bratislava, in slovakia.
staying completely alone in an airbnb (which was supposedly haunted!?) for the first time in a new country. i expected bratislava to be a time of solitude, but actually it became one of the most social destinations out of all those i visited.
just goes to show the unexpected wonders of solo travel.
if you told me the day before that i'd end up at a random slovak festival sharing honey wine with a stranger i would never have believed you.
life is wonderful like that

it is! can be a bit daunting, lonely, scary and so on at times but i do not regret taking the chance to go solo at all. i learnt a lot about myself and i felt so free to do whatever i wanted hahah!
