I've stayed at it's sister, the Venetian. Really a fabulous beautiful hotel. I have been to Vegas many times before I retired. Glad I did when I was younger. Failing health of my wife prevents travel now. My advice, travel now when you are younger and healthy. You may not be able to do it later. That's why I watch these cool Ruby videos, brings back great memories. Thank you Ruby!

My favorite all-time favorite vlog intro from her was when she stayed at Planet Hollywood. Vlog starts off with her sitting on the curb early in the morning, then she dances to music in her earphones, but we can hear it, and she dances up the people mover and into the building.

So far, Palazzo and Mandalay have been my favorite rooms to stay in. I want to try Wynn soon though. You can't beat the space in the Palazzo rooms and I love the pool complex.

Way back we stayed at the Rio, Caesar’s, Imperial Palace but my first stay at the Palazzo changed my whole mind where we wanted to stay while in Vegas. The rooms, the dining, the huge shopping area and so much more convinced us that the Palazzo/Venetian is the best Hotel to stay in.

I totally agree. The Venetian and palazzo is the only resort that we stay at and mostly gamble . It’s a city in itself. Our rooms are comp and no resort fees.

@@nora1956no such thing as free comp rooms , you basically have gambled a lot off money in order to get the comp rooms , Vegas was not built on winners and as much as you probably wouldn’t tell people or admit to your self you most definitely have lost so much money than you have won facts if you say otherwise your delusional

Great video! You and Mr. Ruby are the best! My wife and I have stayed at the Venetian and Palazzo numerous times in the past and I prefer Palazzo for all the reasons you mentioned. A word of advice -- because the rooms can accomodate up to 4 adults (sofa is a sleeper) our experience has been that the hallways and neighboring rooms can become quite noisy -- especially on weekends (bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.). Otherwise, you will not find larger rooms on the strip for the price!

We’ve just come back home after staying at the Palazzo for a week, we loved it. Only down side was when we originally checked in they said there were no rooms available even though we & other members of our group booked the Palazzo almost a year ago, so for the first night we & most of our group had to stay in the Venetian. This took the edge of our initial stay at the resort. The Venetian was lovely, but much preferred the upgraded room in the Palazzo. A big shout out to Joseph on reception, he was understanding & a great help.

About 20 years ago I stayed at the Venetian. I got a deal $99. What they didn't tell me was right outside my room they were building another tower and construction started at 7AM each day. The room was fantastic. I thought the pool was sorely lacking. TYhis looks much better. Thanks for another great video.

Best hotel in Vegas hands down. The palazzo has a much easier floor plan to follow, especially getting to the elevator. Brera has an amazing pre fix menu as well

One of my favorite hotels. But I just booked 7 days, 6 nights at Mirage for next week, for $875 for the whole stay. That's what the Palazzo charged for one night on the room price list you posted. But I did get the discount as a Unity Icon holder. I've never gone to a restaurant or lounge in the Palazzo though. Will try one of the ones you've liked.

Lavo is wonderful. I have gone a few times at the Palazzo. Its not a traditional Italian cuisine place, but its Italian with some Asian influence. It is operated by the Tao group, so not surprised by the fusion.

i used to stay here all the time but prices have gotten a little out of hand at 450 a night an up. it used to be 350 on the weekends and somnetimes 300 in sept. i have basically been priced out of staying there.

I don't understand why 5 star hotels in Las Vegas have gotten rid of the mini fridge. I stayed across the street at the Wynn, and the rooms also lacked a mini fridge. This feature used to be standard even at 3 star hotels in Las Vegas. An Uber driver overheard my girlfriend and I complaining about it. He told us that if we informed the hotel that one of us was diabetic and needed a fridge to store insulin, they would wheel it up to the room at no charge.

We are coming to Vegas next month for the Sphere Experience and we want to do a nice dinner here at Palazzo/Venetian. What are some good recommendations for something nice that won’t cost hundreds? Mott 32 looks amazing but might be too ultra-high end. We like the idea of Lavo, as we love Italian food. Is it more approachable?

We always stay at Palazzo when in Vegas! Been staying since hotel opened. Everything i love is here. Only 1 bad experience last summer. I actually left behind some blouses in a drawer. When I got home I remembered. Called they checked yep found by hotel staff. I verified belongings But 3 designer blouses missing. Plus a new blouse with tags still on? Obviously a hotel staff (maid) who else would take? I had to pay to ship my left over blouses minus (theft) home. Please check your room throughout before checkout. I learned a lesson. Trust nobody. Other wise great hotel.

I think the grazie rewards program is one of the best in vegas. I always stay at the palazzo and along with my wifes free rooms we are staying for a whole week for free in the middle of august. We do not gamble that much lots of 1 to 4 dollar bets on the slots and a little blackjack.

Big fan of Venetian/Palazzo. The Palazzo rooms are nicer, but I like the Venetian casino better. As far as the rewards program, I have gotten room comps from my $25 table play. I don’t know anything about the slot-play levels. While my favorite restaurants are the steakhouses in the walkway, I have eaten at both Mott 32 and Lavo and liked both.

The Venetian was the 1st hotel I ever stayed back in December 2002. Was in town for Christmas and New Years . Later I moved to the San Remo and later Marriot Boardwalk . You think I was losing my money gambling . Nice , Average and then arm pit of the Strip . Planning on staying at the Horseshoe on my next trip . Keep up the Great work . I enjoy your travel tips .
