Gdm! Hope all is well Of all the questions I receive, "how to pray" is one of the most frequent. God knows you better than you know yourself. He reads your thoughts, hears your words, and sees your deeds. He knows your heart. Romans 8:26 ESV reads, "Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words." When you are praying, don't worry about fancy words, rhythms, and rhymes. Leave those things to the poets. The "right" way to pray is with a sincere, humble, and obedient heart. It's common to pray in the morning, at mealtimes, and before bed, and while it's not wrong to have set times serve as a reminder to pray, try not to restrict prayer to just these times. Remember, God is always with you, so pray to Him anytime, anywhere. If you only pray when you're in trouble, you're in trouble! Thinking of and praying for you all. God bless.
