Abraka is too expensive for no reason, what is the economy value of Abraka? Even bigger city outside lagos and Abuja they don't rent 2bed for 1.2m annually

@@MaryMoe no see, I think they need to calm down in Abraka. In lagos outside the island and few places in Mainland they don't rent 2bed for 1.2m. Even Benin city that is close by there is no 1.2m naira 2bedroom apartment, even in Asaba highest 1m or 800k. In warri outside those estates normal areas are not upto 1.2m for bed. Onitsha that is business area I don't think there is 1.2m 2bed apartment so make them dey calm down for Abraka. I know Abraka is growing very fast but them never reach that level of 1.2m for 2bed
