The ECU job actually pays most out of those 3 you had, because KDJ and Sessanta don't take a cut on that one so its 172k guaranteed Also the signal jammers mission is basically useless you can just skip it

during the first setup for that superdollar deal you can indeed kill the hacker, then you'd need to search for his wallet and lose a wanted level before you can go to his appartment. not exactly spare of time though.
