We had a fantastic community member allow me to steal his 100% Crit Hailey build and showcase it for you all.

Solid video! A few things to note, reactor substats you want are Skill Cost, and Skill CD. Type and Mounting doesn't matter. Component set doesnt matter, as long as you have Max MP and MP recovery in combat on your Sensor. You can go Veteran Marksman set if you want to minmax damage. Edit: The gun build shines in end-game content like Gluttony as bosses have really high skill crit resistance. For comparison, you will out dps a gley with an enzo buff every single time. Zenith build can clear lower end bosses much faster but that's trivial in the long run.

This is crazy, I killed devourer and dead bride with a lvl 1 Hailey and my EL is no where near maxed out. They both raged once, after that it was over. I can't wait to get this one maxed. 👍👍

One thing I would remove off this build and replace is Iron Defense, swap that for Spear n Shield. Hailey actually benefits more from raw power than modifiers, I know this is a more gun focused build but you'll still want to end up using her Storm Snare and Zenith here n there and those will do far more dmg with Spear n Shield when you need to use em.

The only thing I don't get is the multi talented mod on a gun build when most the time 3rd skill will always be on, and you pretty much spam the 1st skill as you shoot.

I am going to say that I love tha massive, thick and long rifle Haley uses. I usually build around her sniper. But this offers something to abuse during cooldowns :v

Im pretty frustrated today with the invasion drops. I had all the parts at 31 except one as i had 39 and did the invasions and guess what it did? Yep dropped the only one i didnt need 4 times. 🤔

Yes this comment doesn’t need to exist but it does. It’s all the same builds for literally every character… is what I was going to say lol But after thinking about it with Bunny as my example she has at least 8 that I can think of in my head with the mods we have… But my point was going to be that Hailey literally has 3 builds so you can’t really steal them, Build for her 4, 90% of those will be the same, build for her 3 and a gun.. everyone will probably pick Legacy as it makes the most sense but the gun doesn’t matter. Or build for a cooldown build less damage but more up time, most people will realize her problems and try to fix them by using the best mods, and everyone for the most part will pick the same ones, right now there’s a crazy amount of people using my builds and their builds as it’s not possible to truly have a different type of play style for most characters and the builds will match that. Devs should start using the red mod system to allow completely different builds and play styles way better than what they are currently doing because it’s not that different right now, like for every character there’s really only one actually good mod and everything else is useless, I can think of a good amount for Hailey but who would actually use them, like building for her one… no one would ever.. I hope -_-

even though Gley can keep 150 stacks, SPS has fire rate up makes it perform way stronger in many cases
