I stop drink energy drink

#energydrink It’s been a three years I haven’t drink for a long time lam back drinking energy drinks again sike heck no I don't drink those anymore, I won't have another anxiety
attack. Age of 12 years old I was addicted them drink every day keep me wake not have time sleep, I don't listen to anyone. My family and friends are so happy I stopped drinking them. Caffeine is so bad for everyone.
Also, I don't like caffeine, is a bad habit.
