I never noticed, or why, bullseye's SP1 is physical damage, 1:55-2:19 when bullseye throws his 1, when he's throwing its counted towards physical and not projectile?

An attack being a Projectile has nothing to do with it doing Physical damage. Projectiles can be either Physical or Energy
