i suck at silence...how to embrace silence in your life

i suck at silence. but it's something i'm actively trying to grow in. silence gives us the opportunity to reflect on the past, to meditate on the present, and think toward the future. silence is a rhythm that has to be cultivated in order for us to live the lives that we feel we've been called to. so how can we grow in the practice of silence today?
