Exactly!! As a child I was spoiled with lots of books! My parents would read me two books every night before bed until I learned how to read then I’d read out loud to them! They also bought me a bunch of educational toys which made learning truly fun and gave me an advantage when I entered kindergarten.

CJ u need to teach the kids to say please and thank u. Dayah just says I want this or I don’t want that or this. Like the boss. If u don’t teach them that you are the boss by the time they are 5. They going to be a hand full. It’s important to teach ur kids since they are little. This world is too much these days. We don’t have control how other kids or people etc influence our children. So it’s very important to be the first influence and teach them the basics that kids and people need period. Respect and being obedient. Learning how to say thank you and picking up after your self. Having empathy for others and so on. Some they will have to learn it hands on. Anywho the kids are smart and they will learn what u teach them. U can make ur child the smartest kid by teaching them more them what parents teach there kids. That’s why some kids are so smart. Cuz they parents teach them since then to read since they are infants. U can literally teach ur infant how to read words. I wish I knew about all this when I started having my kids. With flash cards the word and the picture of the word. Is how you teach your kids how to read. Once they memorize the word and picture as well as the letters. That all they need and yeah. lol. Besides all this they are growing to be great. They are adorable. Even if they don’t say plz and ty. It’s just a thang I am a mom.
