Fantastic. What is the organ? Are you running Hauptwerk virtual organ?
@GrandPraise9 ай бұрын
Thank you. This is a "Hauptwerk" virtual organ setup, yes, except in this case I am not using Hauptwerk but its FREE cousin GrandOrgue and the amazing Batz Utrecht Organ Samples from Sonus Paradisi. Thanks for listening!

@@GrandPraise I do really like the sound of the Batz Utrecht Organ sample set. Do you have any other sample sets that you especially like for hymn playing?
@GrandPraise9 ай бұрын
@@geoffkingsmill4127 I really enjoy the Batz organs that I have played: Utrecht and Sweelinq's Gorinchem. The Cavaille Coll Organs I am NOT so much a fan of - they, for me, leave me colder than others. One of the best organ samplesets is, of course, Rotterdam. You can hear it in my arrangement of Immortal Invisible here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e6K3YWOqqd-fpJI Of course, given the mood and tone of any hymn or arrangement, the beauty of playing virtual organs is that you can choose which organ sounds best for the mood created by the arrangement or hymn itself. I prefer organs that have lovely natural reverberation such as Goch, Bergen. It sounds like you are an organist. Any other questions let me know!
