A quick lesson. When hades kidnapped hera before she left when Hermes arrived hades had her eat a pomegranate seed (eating food in the underworld keeps you there)And if this is the Greek version then Hercules name would be HAIR-IC-CLEES or that's how you pronounce it.

Bronzo hears a warning. If you spend 100 days as a ghast make sure you have a bow and arrow you can die in 1-2 hits from a sword. And if you do 100 days as a piglin than you need to craft gold stuff no matter what damage it takes
