... ya know, one of the key abilities of the sharingan is that look into it and you get put in a genjutsu, so if you have a sharingan and you have your crosshairs over someone you should be able to turn yourself completely invis and slow the opponent down, or give them blindness, or tsukuyomi will be like they just can't move
