Fair point, however, if the "him" you are referring to is RyGuyRocky, then it's excusable, since the Bite Of '87 was the only bite ever directly said in any game (not counting some other throwaway instances, but those had WAY smaller roles), and the Bite that Fredbear does in the minigame is the only on-screen bite seen. If the "him" you mean is Markiplier, then it makes sense why he said '87, due to him playing the game during the early days, when that theory wasn't presented nor was any of the other lore from the next few games which suggested this possibility.

I'm just gonna comment this because I'm sick of replying it to everyone lol. THE BITE OF '87 WAS LIKELY VIA MANGLE, BITE OF 83 WAS VIA FREDBEAR. HOWEVER, if you are casually playing the games, like RyGuyRocky clearly is, you likely wouldn't know this, because the only important bite ever mentioned was the Bite Of '87, and the only important bite we saw was the one in the FNAF 4 minigame, therefore, almost all casual players would connect two, and assume the Bite in FNAF 4 was the Bite Of '87.
