They already mentioned it but yeah, Itadori isn't Sukuna's descendant but one thing that no one mentioned is that there's a theory going around that Itadori looks like Sukuna because Kenjaku made him that way so that he can act as a vessel/cage for the King of the Curses. On a side note, in the manga, Sukuna saw Itadori and said "you look like that guy from back then" or something among the lines which implies that in the Hien Era there was someone similar to Itadori that wasn't Sukuna himself

You really know it was Sukuna talking the moment the centipede went from "Enemy Timmy wasn't happy to see" to "ooooh prey!" Also Timmy, Itadori isn't Sukuna's descendant or related to him. Going into manga spoilers (don't say you weren't warned), Itadori is descendant to a curse spirit that is almost as frightening as Sukuna in the story (Kenjaku/Noritoshi Kamo) and I'm pretty sure (or somewhat certain) that Sukuna happening to look like him is by accident. In the manga, they did show how Sukuna looked back when he was still a cursed spirit, so do with this as you may. More spoilers, Zone is probably the minecraft version of the aftereffects one gets after they use Black Flash. Since it's a random thing that can happen to sorcerers, it puts them in the 'zone' where they are amped to about 120% or smth like that after using it. Basically, potential unlocked after black flash, putting them in the zone.
