Thanks :D about the villagers, there is an option to enable “experimental features” when creating a world, one of these features being the nerfing of villager trades. But the only experimental feature I had enabled was the 1.21 feature, cuz the official update wasn’t out yet at the time of recording. So essentially, by default, villager trades are not changed. I hope that makes sense lol But yeah that confused me for a while as well, great question tho!
