Hey! I hoped you like this video, its been my life for the past 3 weeks. I wanna clear some thing up about it real quick [Also Follow my Twitter for updates on future things: twitter.com/zeemyth ] 1. This is scripted, I wanted to take expectations from the 100 days concept and twist them to explore a horror short film in Minecraft 2. I am incredibly inspired by Garfilled's 100 days Backrooms video, but I knew I had to go much further if I wanted to use similar ideas 3. There are many subtle details to look out for that explain the core idea of the story, but that's just if you're up to it. anyway, enjoy!!!!

@nekosandmatcha33599 ай бұрын
The phrase what do houses do when they get sick... What does anything do when it gets sick? It fires up its immune system to try to take out the threat. Combine that with the sign claiming you're a plague, the way you keep replicating yourself via the time loop, finding your way further and further in where the house clearly doesn't want you to be. The 23 day lifecycle of the loops so similar to the lifespan of a disease. The way you describe the house as having walls and a throat,the way it tries to carefully undo anything you do,it slowly decaying more and more until all that's left are it's petrified bones. You're the reason the house is sick and dying, aren't you.

And why were the blocks seperated? Did someone leave them there? Did someone fall down? If so, who was it? Theres a mystery that i feel like nobody has uncovered yet. If only matpat was here to go deep in this theory... THE GAME THEORY.

I just found your channel yesterday, and I'm just in awe of these! Here's a quick write-up about some details I noticed that I haven't really seen anyone else mention thus far: The discord message from KatKun says to stay for 23-. It almost looks like it got cut off, so to me, it almost looks like it's saying 23 hours, as in, don't stay a full day. You state you're in peaceful mode pretty early on, yet you get hungry. It feels like the house is lying to you, making you think you are in peaceful, a pretty safe difficulty, but you're actually able to starve. Or maybe the house is able to change your difficulty. I don't know which is worse! I thought the little holes and tunnels sprinkled throughout the house look like bug tunnels, and later on you say you feel dread like ants tunneling underneath your skin. Maybe it's the occupants of the house physically trying to burrow into you, or maybe the house is in as much fear as you are, and the tunnels represent that. Some of the signs and on screen notes have double letters. Like "somethhing." In this instance, I think the double h is because of HHouse, almost like how in House of Leaves, all mention of house is in blue. I think this is my favorite little detail so far! I just love how subtle it is if you're not paying close attention. Anyway, I can't wait to see what else you have in store!

This scratches the brain REAL good. I love how incredibly creative you are, I can the obvious inspiration from House of Leaves and possibly from Jacob Geller's video of houses and maybe the backrooms. Your work so far has been really unique, thats why Ive been binge watching all your videos, wished I couldve been there to see your old videos, but I understand that youre doing a thematic change to your channel, and honestly all the luck to you 👏 youre doing something truly inspiring

If you ever made a dimension horror (or should I call it terror?) mod, it would be the most terrifying mod ever conceived. Your creativity for terror is just absolutely brilliant.

Holy shit this was good all the running the descent into insanity. What does a house do when it gets sick. Just this... horrible dread. I expected this to just be a backrooms exploration but this blew my expectations out of the water

16:37 I was kinda hoping that the house was bending time and you were going to throw dirt and that rotten flesh to yourself and also that other player from before was you and you were watching yourself and that's why you felt like you were Being watched Edit: maybe it is? I just saw the ending and it's a time loop so that is cool

12:53 This is just.. Wow. Being unaware of how much time had passed is a really nice touch. Everything just repeating is just.. I don't even know. It's genuinely frightening

This is an amazing video and I couldn’t even do this is if I tried. All I know is scripting and the portal mod. Honestly the spiders with The man in a Hat song is really unsettling and it gives me backrooms chills, and the different clones of you. This was amazing and I really enjoyed watching this. Make more videos like these!

You might be in luck :) I do have a ton more that connect to those story. Thank you so much though, I still look back at this and I’m so happy with the production (no portal mod actually as much as I’d love to use it)
@cxrsewastqken Жыл бұрын
Im surprised you didn’t use the portal mod and if you made super clean transitions, they were. Can you tell me if you had other players to drop the items down the holes (trypophobia btw) and how to made the spiders? I would really like to know. Either way you did a good job.
