Note: at 1:00 you might be able to see a little GUI that says “This is your Origin” and then “Nether Mooshroom | A nether fungus based Mooshroom. | Eat Nylium: Press the primary action key to eat nylium for 1.5 hunger.” This tells me that he uses the origin mod but a custom version.
