In Today's video Tobefoxy is taking on the challenge of survival for 100 DAYS on a survival island in HARDCORE mode. Conquering challenges of surviving the first night, acquiring full diamonds tools & armor, Defeating the end dragon, along with building as many structures as possible on the island. The first zombie didn't despawn... If they've got a helmet they don't take damage from the sun, but the helmet itself takes durability damage as they're in the sun and will eventually break, at which point zombie goes FWOOSH.

Mobs need something to hold or in a boat,minecart etc if it's only armor it will despawn correct me if I'm wrong.

@@Shizen_no_sekai What princevirgil1190 said - if they pick up an item or are wearing an item they didn't spawn with, they'll stick around. It's so that if a zombie picks up your elytra and puts it on (for example) the mob won't despawn with your items on them until you have a chance to reclaim them.

Note Helmets on zombies during day will take 1 DPT in day light. next 100 days Villager King same rules like island but can end unless you beat etch lvl of raids lvl 3 max if higher for bonus

So you broke rule 1 to make an iron farm, as you can see that didn't necessarily go well with most viewers. You could have just y'know not make an iron farm and try and find it naturally. Ik you said there wasn't much in deepslate but still you're already playing 100 days might as well live it to the fullest instead of possibly getting lots of iron instantly. Hopefully you know what I'm trying to say. Basically maybe try a playthrough without farms, it's a lot slower but more fun that way I suppose. At least to me, it's a lot nicer to find stuff yourself.

With optifine and optifabric being slow to update, I have switched over to sodium which requires a bunch more performance mods to compare to optfine. The main ones are Sodium Iris shaders Replaymod Fabric

As long as it’s 12 blocks up the golems can only spawn on the platform. For the second question, that’s to do with your simulation distance

Ya I feel that. The main idea is that I’m not allowed to leave to gather resources or mobs. The iron farm is really the only farm I can think of that needs to be built far from a village.
