Hey so pro tip. veggie cakes are the best thing to help regen health also bring antidote with you to caves. it will cure mega rabies. also i know you have switched over to the steam version. some quality of life mods you might want to consider are, hg stacking mod. with 90% reduced weight. super spyglass and castle keeps and forts remastered, meat spoiler and reusable plus. there basic quality mods that really improve the game play as a whole. Also if interested we have a RP community that completely changes the way ark is played over all.

Though after the nightmare of a time he had on Scorched Earth caused by that version, he switched to the Steam version for Aberration, and stuck with the Steam version for Extinction, and probably intends to do so for Genesis as well

For anyone wondering why the mosa didn't attack him, wild mosasaurs, tusoteuthis and plesiosaurs, including alphas, refuse to go above a certain depth. If you can drag them into shallow water with a tuso, they stop attacking to try getting back into the deep water, which makes them completely passive if you can trap them in the shallows.
