Black in china out here breaking people's necks 😂 Your social/self awareness is very much admirable and so is your situational self confidence. I wouldn't be able to casually walk roam around in a country with people are almost fixated by the fact a black man is just walking by, honestly i would probably become paranoid haha. Ofc i know they're just curious and don't mean any harm by it but still, little uncomfortable just by watching 😅 Either way that's exactly what you do and you make it look very easy 💪 On top of that, you meet their curiosity in a very open, loving and insightful way that always ends with a smile on their faces. I salute you brother ❤✝️🙏🫡

Really enjoy your posts. I have been trying to determine your hybrid English accent. Obviously, the result of the different places you have lived, been educated and other pronunciation habits from your different languages. My sister is a dialect coach for movies and theater and the subtleties are all so interesting.

He says he's from Cameroon, that's a billungual country (French and English) plus there are 260 dialects as well, so his accent is going to be a mix of one of those 260 dialects, English, France and Mandarin. His English sounds slight recieved speech, but softened up (not a bad thing either!)

Chinese Elders unfortunately lacks social knowledge, its not their fault they experienced isolation and hardship during the 19's they had no choice, thus unable to acknowledge social norms and divisive people of colors.

I met a black man who speak near fluent mandarin here in Calgary Canada at work. he was amazing, it was pretty surprising when someone speak to your own language like that.
