with the tacos, heres a fun fact! you can ask for them to make the tacos with the lettuce first (on the bottom) and then put the meat on. this saved me a good few broken taco bottoms.

Erik, You should train yourself to ignore the flavor entirely when doing these food challenges. Then, flavor fatigue wouldn't be an issue. Think about it like a fighter learning to ignore pain during a fight. You can't ignore pain since doing so could lead to a ruptured stomach, which is often fatal.
