Not just entertaining videos, Connor, but informative. I wasn't aware of the different tools involved pottery work and of how much there is in the process of making things from clay. --- I've been in tornado situations and can tell you that when not just the sky but the air has a green-yellow quality then it's time to get really serious about taking shelter. And tornados are LOUD and really do sound like freight trains!

Thank you for explaining how you make your pots. My husband got our 5 year old daughter a little toy pottery wheel because she saw someone throwing pots and she wanted to try it. But neither of us knows anything about pottery, and we don't want our incompetence to crush her creative desire. Also, I think your creations are beautiful ❤️ That human element, in fiber work, we call a "makers mark". That little proof that this item is not made by a machine.

I think your murder door might be to a coal room. I live in a 1938 house and I have a murder door too except mine is accessible and it goes to a coal room where they used to store coal to run the furnace. Mine leaks too.

Oh my gosh im in the middle of the video and HAD to stop to type this.. i absolutely love the little coffee cup you made... granted its my special wine and sake cup. It sits out with my coffee set up so i can see it every day. It honestly brightens my day. Seeing the piece behind you it looks so cool from the distance (where i paused). You should totally do B-stock for some of your work you're not comfortable to sell at standard. It both gets pieces into more hands reducing your excess inventory, and allows people access to your handcrafted artwork! Plus this way you don't have to worry about 'imperfections' as the customer knew that going in! I know that longform videos take more time and get less views than shorts do, but I really enjoy getting to see your fuller creative process producing the video. The visit to the farmers market would've never made it into a short and it was a really good reprieve from the pottery stuff. If you enjoyed making it, I'd strongly encourage you to make another one!

Honestly, If I was buying something handmade I'd be disappointed if it was absolutely perfect, because to me it says that whoever claims it was handmade had it made by machine.
