I finished the LA marathon, but the week after the race was HARD...the sickness finally got me 😵

Plus I have the added herd buff from running with friends which means we are having a good time which means increase cognitive connectivity for optimal performance. I hope I'm wrong and Julie never feels any pressure like that because Julie you got to put yourself first. Be careful, let your body heal. This entire vlog was enjoyable and there was no running.
