I have SO MUCH respect for island people. Because they will be the one's who survive this earth if we are ever faced with a major disaster. The way they can live off the land and what it provides is amazing. Modern society today is so spoiled with all of our "ultra conveniences" at our disposal.

This is truly not even a once in a lifetime this is once in multiple lifetime experiences. You are extremely lucky to be experiencing this way of life and the fact that it’s with one civilization that almost never gets visitors is even luckier.
