Title of the song is a world play. It consists of pronount "I" and Russion noun "ссать" (to pee).

And the video was made in collaboration with a couple of lawyers to escape criminal prosecution for hurting feelings of the believers. Otherwise this band has quite a few great videos. Songs are nothing special, and subtitles are from decent as for "ЗОЖ" or "Voyage" to very bad as for e.g. "Золото".
