Staff is young and active so needs more food for energy. Her nan is 75 so less active and has less appetite. I have anxiety and so only recently been going out, it's amazing the convenience food people eat unnecessary.

Yes , swapping a diet with an older generation quickly puts into perspective what you should probably be eating and the amount . If your working out alot or involved in extreme activity just add a little extra protein . Very small meals plus snacks each day is more than plenty of food . You'll also notice for sweets the older generation will use honey , fruit , peanut butter , ect and make a simple homemade desert instead of eating a little debbie snack. Cuts TONS of calories !
