I Switched to the iPhone 6S in 2024! A Day in the Life!

i just bought iphone 6s rosegold. i bought it because it is cheap, small and light, cute design, still functional at ios 15. still take good camera shots, sounds good, just the battery cant keep up if you use fb. like fb is the app that drains the battery so fast. you can turn off some settings to save battery, and it actually will. you can still use messagin 0:54 g, messenger, watch videos and listen to music. with average use, light social media use, it can last till afternoon. im just tired using this big heavy phones, and i choose 6s because its the last iphone with headphone jack. i bought mine online with 100% battery health, i guess they already change the battery. so far, so good. felt good holding in the hand.

The A9 chip is so sensitive with battery. Once the battery health reach 80%, it will throttle down. I have the SE and it is on a newly replaced battery now. It performs great and using it everyday as my work phone.

@@Techsumer Yes! The battery I had was below 80% battery health. Replacing it was cheap and took away any problems with holding a charge.

I’m still on a 6s, if it wasn’t for “the big chunky bezels” even though it has advantages like being easier to hold sideways or having a place for the camera so it doesn’t hover around the screen, and if the software wasn’t being depreciated, guess what folks? This phone would still be completely fine and fast if app devs didn’t make buggy messes for this phone and put the same care as they do the newer models app versions, it’s seriously a fine daily usual usage phone, it’s about all a average person would need, can’t begin to comprehend who needs a pro max phone, chances are, your not using most of its features
