@@ethanfalls3932 Sorry,your talking to a retired small engine service tech,I've had to rebuild too many husky's to know better then that,their plastic break systems are constantly needing replacement,the 🔩⬅bolts that hold the body of the saw together constantly fall out,I've had to use so much theadlock on these saws,I could have been a spokesmen for Permatex,the choke design on the husky's are horrible,overly designed,constantly breaking and needing replacement,you need a gear puller to change out the chains because the chain sits behind the clutch.(brilliant!!) The Stihl has their chain outside of the clutch,eleminating the need for any🔧tools. The world's record in the hot saw competition is STIHL and it STIHL holds the record PERIOD. Oh,almost forgot...the controls on the Stihl can be reached with your thumb,the Husky you almost need a third hand to operate it.(sucks royally)

Steve, I am going Wednesday to look at a 572 at my local Husky dealer. My question to you is, is the saw down on power? It seems to bog if you push it much at all. Obviously it's hard to say until you actually put chain to wood, that's why I am asking you. Thanks.
@stevebillow395

I think it's a 20" saw. Iv seen another tuber say it pulls a 28" well and there dead wrong. It will put a logger to sleep with a 28" bar

@williamjordan5414 5 жыл бұрын
Thank you sir. It might pull a 28" bar in 12" pine okay but not hardwood. That was my question. I live in western NC and will be cutting a mix of hardwood and pine. I appreciate your honesty. Looks like it balances pretty good with a 20 also.

I have a 562 XP with a 16 inch bar and cut a mix of hard wood, pine sugar mamas and the occasional log. Took down a pine 42 on the butt might of had to push it off the stump with the skidder but hey got her on the ground, it’s like welding a Samurai sword on steroids she cuts!
