I take POTATOES and 2 EGGS! My 80-year-old grandmother's recipe amazed everyone!
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes.
Make holes in each potato.
Bake at 200°C for 1 hour.

Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Sauce:
1 tsp. Strength.
100 ml water.
Mix starch well in water.
3 tbsp ketchup or tomato paste.
2 tbsp soy sauce.
1.5 tbsp apple or wine vinegar.
2 tbsp honey.
dried ginger.
Pour water with dissolved starch into the pan.
mix well.
cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
This sauce goes great with potato snacks.
