This is the Dutch "arretjescake". I always add 1 egg as well, never putt thosr cookies on the buttom but maybe that is a good idea. And the last part about cutting chocolate bars, melring it and putting butter in it and even in the end decarating it, I never do. It is a very rich pie/cake it doesn't need it. It's very decorative though.
