Nut cookies.
Bagels with nuts, raisins and chocolate.
RECIPE Bagels with nuts, raisins and chocolate.
150 g soft butter.
125g sugar.
8 g vanilla sugar.
Mix everything well.
Add 2 chicken eggs.
Mix everything together.
Add 125 g of yogurt or kefir.
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Mix everything together.
Sift 400 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Continue kneading the dough with your hands.
The dough doesn't stick to your hands.
Add 40 g raisins.
30g chocolate.
Grind 50 g of walnuts.
Add chopped nuts to the dough.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Place the dough on the parchment.
Dust the dough with flour.
Cover the dough with parchment.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
The thickness of the dough is 1.5 cm.
Cut out buns using a mold.
Mold diameter 7 cm.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!
Just look how cute they are!

Sprinkle the buns with powdered sugar.
These rolls simply melt in your mouth!
My kids love these rolls!
