butter:40g
cacao powder:3tbsp

milk:1/2tsp
preheat the oven
with a temperature of 180 °c

Hanno una bella forma questi dolcetti, mi piacciono, e devono essere anche buoni. Sarebbe utile avere la misura della pasta stesa, quella, per intenderci, che avvolge la pallina di pasta con cacao. yaptımmm çok güzel oldu. tarifi gramlarla değil de internetten karşılığına bakıp kaşık, bardak ölçüsüyle yaptım. hamuru için: 1 su bardağı ılık süt 1 tatlı kaşığı maya 3.5 yemek kaşığı şeker yarım çay kaşığı tuz 4 çay kaşığı sıvıyağ 1 yumurta 400 gram un ( 1 su bardağı un 100 gram geliyor) unu yavaş yavaş ekleyin. ben yaklaşık 3.5 su bardağı hamura kalan unu hamuru açarken kullandım. 40 gram tereyağı ( 3 yemek kaşığı kadar) 3 yemek kaşığı kakao( benim hamuruma fazla geldi hepsini koymadım. yavaş yavaş ekleyin) üzeri için: 1 yumurta, yarım çay kaşığı süt (benim dalgınlığıma geldi süt yerine yağ koydum bir farklılık olmadı) fırınımda yaklaşık 30 dakika pişti. aynen bu şekilde kızardı. babam şekeri biraz daha fazla olsaydı iyi olurdu dedi kuzenimse hayır tam bana göre olmuş dedi. şekeri 4 kaşık yapabilirsiniz keyfinize göre
