We’re from Brooklyn and visited Trejos Tacos on our family vacation and it was awesome. Danny Trejo was there and he was so nice to us! 10/10 recommend!

As someone who's working on the food industry, don't always put a plus at "the food came lighting fast". The faster it comes, the readier the food is, meaning they could have cooked something way way before serving it(which we do on specifically products but not on everything) and it also means that the food might be pre-cooked frozen at some cases. I would say, if you go to a fancy restaurant with actually high quality of food, 30mins for the main course to come would be like an acceptable time, considered what you get to eat.

@@itsjakia2759 glad to see there's people who actually like care about what they eat, and got the patient to wait to eat good. In general, when you go to a restaurant is kinda the same thing with "hiring" your own private chef(i am talking about a good restaurant), think of it the same way, if you actually hired a private chef, most of the things he would cook for you would be live cooked in front of you and will be freshly cooked, if you want like a steak or a taco or anything, he would cook the beef/steak at the same time for you to eat it fresh. That's the mindset you should have about restaurants in general, even if you don't hire the chefs and cooks to come to your house. When you go to a restaurant its like ur renting them for a short time instead of fully hiring a private chef. Plus i'll tell you, that most good restaurants with good quality of food, and fresh food, are usually the cleaner restaurants you could visit. Because when something is completely fresh, it can get infected with 1000 things easier than something premade frozen.

As someone who has a cousin in Florida. He gets calls from restaurants daily. He sprays pesticides in a lot of popular places. He always tells me he will never eat out. But it's normal. Florida has a lot of bugs.

@@Captainscentsable44 Idk about US but in Europe if they find above 2 pesticides which are not dead they close the restaurant and the restaurant gets a huge fine. Same goes if they find dead ones. The limit here in EU is minimum 2 of them.
