Opened the case layers, super glued the magnet back in it's spot, snapped it all back together, worked for years after that. One earbud finally died permanently I got a new pair and they are much different from my old pair. Seem to be doing good so far and the case is different and doesn't suffer from the magnet issue from before. I also dropped my old earbuds alot so for me the earbuds held up really well to my abuse. Hello Fresh portions were way too small for my family, and i could really only afford to buy one or two meals a week as the discounts started to wane. If I lived aline, I might have enjoyed it, but as it stood, I would have had to buy six or eight meals to feed 4 of us. Unfortunately, Hello Fresh also doesn’t know how to take no for an answer. I canceled my subscription over a year ago but i _still_ keep receiving messages in the mail from them.

If you live alone that’s really the only way it makes sense. I would get the two portion size, have one for dinner and the other for lunch the next day. It was perfect for me at the time because I didn’t have to make regular recipes with more servings than I could realistically eat.

Yeah, Factor is great for me because I live alone and also great for my friends who live with only one other person but who have work schedules that mean that they can’t predict when/if they’ll be home for any given meal. It’s best for the people who have food go bad in their fridge because they can’t cook/eat it fast enough. If you’re a family that does a full shop twice a week, it’s not necessarily for you. Though, again, if you have the money - Factor is worthwhile if you don’t have time or a bunch of different dietary restrictions because everyone can get their own things without any contamination risk.

I'm 51 and started Hello Fresh/Every Plate 3 years ago because of "first box is free." My grocery/food bill using Hello Fresh/Every Plate is the same as without. I don't save or lose money. As someone who's single there is no food waste as I cook different foods without getting into a rut of the same meals over and over. 1 bad recipe doesn't mean I bought a large portion of something I don't like. Every time I stopped, i started cooking the same meals ad nauseum until I started going fast food too often because with me there's a mental thing where if i buy food at the grocery store, it's "there" for whenever, which may be never. Weekly deliveries helps me cook it that week, because I'm getting new stuff the following week, so I don't eat out as often. For me, this has improved my diet and health. It might not be for everyone, but it's not a scam.

Thing is, sugar is linked to things like heart disease and diabetes which are major epidemics, especially in the USA. So by decreasing sugar intake you're actually doing a lot more for your health than if you just kept eating Fruity Pebbles or Cocoa Puffs. That said artificial sweeteners can make your stomach upset so that's one reason to avoid them. Personally high amounts of sucralose (Splenda) can do that to me, but even small amounts of corn syrup, which is in everything from cereal to sandwich bread, can also kill my gut. The thing that sucks about magic spoon is low carb cereal, a lot of it is plain and gross, but the brand way overcharges for it. Im diabetic. I want sugar free sugary cereals. I know it wont taste like the real thing. But like... I usually see grocery stores that have it charge 6 to 10 bucks per box. And I dont need a whole box of cereal boxes when I dont know if its any good

We got small bags of it at Sprouts.

Try Corn Chex or a generic instead. Even without sugar it is as good as these zero sugar sweetened cereals. Of course Corn Chex is not zero sugar, but it doesn't have much sugar.

@@dalesplitstone6276I love that cereal! Pretty good for a healthier cereal (lower sugar than other cereals).

To Raycon's defense, the claim of being good at not falling off was mostly aimed at the smaller ones, not the ones you tried. Not an excellent product but good enough. Unless I'm wrong and please someone correct me

You get better sound sound quality at much cheaper prices with JBL or Anker.

Tasting History is routinely sponsored by Hello Fresh, Trade Coffee, and a few others, but he only ever took one sponsorship from Magic Spoon. That told me everything I needed to know about it lol

I was like "eh whatever" until the Magic Spoon and then my millennial brain lit up like a god damned Christmas Tree when she used the legendary "Banana for scale"

for Established Titles, the Scottish government also came out to say that these hold absolutely no power and asked people to stop calling themselves ladies/lords. it's comedically funny how horrible of an idea this is, but they profit by millions each purchase and donate (probably at minimum) $1 to planting trees

i love magic spoon soooo much as a disabled person having such easy nutritious food with different flavors is so helpful. its expensive but worth it once you try and find the flavors you like the most. fruity is definitely my favorite.

I like mixing the chocolate and peanut butter. I found out I was VERY diabetic this year and it's been a lifesaver. It's so much better than the like, 2 other cereals I can have like Catalina Crunch

1:53 we should use bananas more for scale because I actually understood the side of the bag when she used the banana 😭

weird to skip over the audio quality of raycons (cause i’ve heard they’re either good or awful for the price), but i guess everybody has their own priorities (aka ‘if it works it works’)
