Try preparing to PBA tournaments by doing intermitent fasting and cutting on all carbs and stuff fried with vegetable oil (canola, sunflower seed, etc) all that stuff is really inflammatory. Keto diet would be a good choice. I'm sure with your style and a good diet you'll win your first PBA title in no time.

Good job dude. I bowled in that tournent and let the high scores get to me. I tried too hard to keep up with the monster scores and it took me out of my game. I met michael and talked to him for a second. What you guys do with your videos is awesome and helps grow the sport. I didnt get a chance to meet you, but im sure lll see you out there. P.S. the shot was way too high scoring for a PBA event in my opinion. Not sure how you feel about it. Either way, great job and i look forward to more of your vids!

I use a Sony Zv-1 Camera and the iPhone 14 Pro. The iPhone 14 pro has a camera comparable to $10,000 cameras. I highly recommend it

Fun fact, Mookie Betts ended up bowling a 160 his last game and did not make the finals. Darren’s brother Michael finished strong and made the finals. Mookie is definitely an impressive athlete though.
