I would consider saying something about IP considerations - both in terms of ownership of the generated images, as well as the risk of infringing on others' IP, if that differs between models.

That's a fascinating subject in general, and I really should make a video about it. The reality is that the copyright law is only now catching up with the reality of GenAI, and legal precedents are being set as we speak. See for example www.copyright.gov/docs/zarya-of-the-dawn.pdf. OK, I'm off to write a video about that issue :-)

I wish Midjourney had an api

You can use OpenJourney. A Stable Diffusion model trained on Midjourney. It's actually really good, and can be easily used as an API, that's what I use in my ChatGPT clone.

sure, I guess I could do more guides like that - I did a few, like the "15 AI Tools", and there are a few music generators there as well... But it's been a while, and the space moves forward super quick.

Kandinsky is awesome and much better than DALL-E, but still what you can do with Stable Diffusion today is totally amazing.
