I think you were unfair to the 90s. FIFA 94 wasn't in anyway the best footy game of the 90s, and you decided to play it on a potato instead of a proper console. You should try international superstar soccer (deluxe) on the Sega Genesis, or ISS Pro evolution on the PS1.
