@ 4:20, I'm in the south west, idk about everyone else, (I'm also from California) we call it coke here, for all of it, we would just specify what brand or flavor when asked, but it's all just coke. @ 4:57, the coke dispenser, much like the concept of "shotgunning" a canned drink, needs some air going in above it to help push the beverage out. That's why kegs use Co2.
