He didn't receive an update for over 6 months on the other hand my smartphone is still performing like a new one and I got an update last month... I have seen this with almost all of my friends but most of them had Realme C series phones so it's illogical to compare note series with c series. But X7 maz was a costlier phone as compared to my note 10s but it performs so cheap even cameras are so bad...

@@badvibessonly Main pehle Xiaomi ka fan tha, but nah, they are fkin ignorant when it comes to fixing bugs, and I am not using some years old miui 12 device, I am talking about note 9 pro max, multiple small small bugs are there with even after giving feedback didn't get fix like low volume, battery not charging until you reboot , ghost touch etc etc. And this issue started with miui 12.5 and even now in miui 14 these issues are present..... Let's not forget dead RN10P cameras.... It's not just about bugs, Indian MIUI is trash, they trim down many features as compared to CN version of Miui, and in POCO it's even worst!!! Poco didn't even get super folders or new widgets in the latest miui 14 update! I really hope hyper os changes that. And I haven't seen such cutting up of features in UI of realme and oneplus ( subbrand of oppo)..... I am not a hater of any brand, I prefer miui over color os in terms of availability of more features, but when it comes to fixing bugs, the color os developers personally call you to verify if the bug is fixed, and atleast they respond and acknowledge and fix the bug...... And there are no major issues in color os/oxygen os
