I Testify... - Monday 18 November 2024

Dear friends,
Testifiers are often needed in court to demonstrate the validity of a case. Testifiers bear witness in agreement to the claims of the person they represent. It is therefore important that a Testifier is speaking the truth at all times.
Jesus said...
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be WITNESSES to (or testifiers of) Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
Acts 1:8 NKJV
As Testifiers or Witnesses of Jesus Christ, we share the same job description as the Holy Spirit...
“But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will TESTIFY of Me. And you also will bear WITNESS, because you have been with Me from the beginning.
John 15:26-27 NKJV
Friends, I want you to ask yourself if you have been doing a great job as a Witness/Testifier of the Lord Jesus. Have you been taking a stand that agrees with the claims of Jesus Christ as your Lord, Saviour, Healer, Provider etc
Check your utterances, and ask yourself if they testify of Jesus Christ.
Ensure that you align yourself with your true purpose as determined by Jesus, which is to be His witness or testifier. Do not allow the enemy to use you as his own Testifier by agreeing with the things he is doing.... stealing, killing and destroying....John 10:10
For example:
In the face of symptoms, disease and infirmity, still testify of Jesus Christ, our Healer.
In the face of a rebellious child, still testify of the Lordship of Jesus over every member of your household. God has designed that your testimony is key to enjoying an overcomer's life
.
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the WORD OF THEIR TESTIMONY, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Revelation 12:11 NKJV
