It's funny because they brought that up trying to discredit the testimony by claiming he was paid off to lie but really it just shows how nice JD is, it's not like he did all that just to bribe them into lying for a court case he never knew he was going to have in the first place... The way the witness so confidentially and happily said it really drove home that point too, who can abuse this man of lying when he's so open and honest? That might have worked in AH's favor if he was hesitant to speak about it, it would've implied he was a paid shill but he so openly joked about it that even the judge and jury laughed, no way they're going to interpret that as something to be used against him... 😂
@quiltygal69812 жыл бұрын
There's no way staff of his calibre only get minimum wage! They are away from their families a lot, working anti social hours etc etc, they get paid a lot for those reasons. It's as if AH lawyers want the jury to think if he gets paid a decent wage his words have been paid for! I know it's their job to do this but it isn't working for them.

The way she goes from expressing doe eyes to mad face at her lawyer, until she realizes the camera is on her, to sadish expressionless face is creepy. Then when she glances over at Mr. Depp to see his reactions are very telling about her. The psychological evaluation on her is spot on! It also explains why she was copying Mr. Depp's wardrobe choices during the trial. And when other's start to notice and talk about it on the news she suddenly and abruptly stopped doing it. She definitely has issues that need to be addressed. I'm actually worried for the child in her care. Will the child's upbringing turn into a Joan Crawford situation if the child disappoints, disagrees, talks back to her, becomes "defiant" in her eyes, isn't what she deems "acceptable" in her views, doesn't "preform" to her liking, or just refuses to do as she tells them. I'm afraid for the child especially when the child is a toddler or teenager, that's when children can become "difficult" to handle for a lot of people. At those ages children can become unpredictable, and she's not going to like that. I wonder if that's what Joan Crawford had was BHPD?

The problem with having a jury in high profile cases like this is that the jury has most likely already made their decision before court even started. The jurors may never admit it but it's literally impossible for them to be neutral bc there are so damn many different things that could sway their decision. Even if someone in court says something that is hearsay and an objection is made and it stands, the jury still heard what that hearsay is and will still make judgements based on that bc some will believe the hearsay and some wont

I'm not an attorney but I believe that both Amber Turd's legal team AND Johnny Depp's legal team have young attorneys who are basically "in training" working on this case. That is why some of them sound so nervous and/or inexperienced. Depp's team had a VERY young female attorney questioning a witness yesterday or the day before and while she certainly wasn't a stammering mess like this clown is, her voice was VERY rigid and unemotional. She sounded like she was a robot reading from a book as she questioned the witness. It was the first time I had seen her so far in this case. Again, this isn't to throw shade at her because she sounded dramatically more competent than even the most experienced attorney on Amber Turd's team, but you could tell that she was extremely green around the gills. It may have even been the first time she EVER questioned a witness in front of a jury. The same thing applies to Amber Turd's team, although this guy looks WAAAAAAAY too old to be an "attorney-in-training", so the reality is that he is likely just a terrible attorney just as the rest of Amber Turd's attorneys are.

Its seem they were hired by the court, maybe no lawyer accepted her case cause its a losing case so the court provided for her a lawyer, hence how her lawyer is familiar with the judge, they actually talk freely sometimes, but either way she got no evidence to support her that why they are doing this, cause there is nothing to help her case at all.

Anyone notice that every time Johnny's lawyers object, the judge overrules it, but whenever Amber's lawyers object, she sustains? I can't believe she allowed the question about his freaking penis. ETA: I haven't seen them all, but overwhelmingly, she seems to sustain Rottenborn, to the point that it was becoming noticeable, but in this case, I was like "Is she kidding?!"

There are some times when Amber’s other female lawyer was asking questions, the judge sustains a couple of objections. So, yeah, it depends it seems.

They have nothing, that's why they're messing so much. It's like when you didn't memorize a poem and then you were supposed to recite it in front of your class. What's more is that there's this difference that they didn't know where even read the poem.🤷
