Kimmage was instrumental in outing Lance Armstrong. The other key red flag here was if Warwick was doing nothing wrong, why were the trainers so evasive in their answers?

You cant ignore the phone call records. 'Between you and me' like come on, Enda Bolger similarly. He cant complain about Kimmage's article when he hasn't read it with stuff like that in it. Ted and Jessica had no issue explaining the reason they were there

Got to laugh that to this day people still mention Armstrong whilst pointing to no failed tests in their sport. Come on man. Jesus wept.

These trainers want to win at Cheltenham and that is all that matters to them. It's all that matters to us too. The whole season is aimed at Cheltenham and that is the only time you will see these horses run to their full potential. Yes, there are horses not aimed at Cheltenham and they will win early season races and then fade. It's a minefield that has to be negotiated. It's what makes the festival what it is, the greatest show on earth.

Be interesting to see the winners/runner stats of some of these top trainers to see if there was any significant drop-off once Bolger put the notion out there - they could be very telling. I don't doubt that this will all blow over quite quickly as I imagine that Irish Racing gives a lot of people a pretty decent living and they won't want to damage that.

Certainly honest, but whether he''s right, is another matter. I hope he is.

Until there’s concrete evidence then it’s all innuendo, speculation, gossip and pub talk based on ignorance, spite , jealousy and what every Irishman/woman is very familiar with if he or she is doing well in life, begrudgery 🤷‍♂️.

Irish racing is being pulled apart by one man who refuses to name names yet sees the damage it is doing to the sport. Whatever comes from this investigation we will see but ì hope Mr. Bolger who I respect as a trainer realises hes badmouthing our brilliant sport so put up or shut up.

Have thought from the start that the way Jim Bolger worded his claims that he "wasn't on a level playing field" when his horses were competing was a bit strange. He is a trainer who has plenty of winners through the season and this year had a multiple G1 winner in Poetic Flare. That same horse was run multiple times, at the top level, in a short period and didn't seem to show any ill effects. Now to my mind there are 2 conclusions that can be drawn from this. 1) Jim is deluded in saying that there is widespread use of PE drugs in racing, as his horses don't seem to have any issues with competing and winning at all levels of racing. 2) Jim is using PE drugs, especially drugs which may aid in a horses recovery from a race, which could help a still developing 3 year old like Poetic Flare to keep coming back and running huge races in multiple G1s in a short period.

No Jim is a great trainer and poetic flare as tough as nails that's why he can run so much all horses are different some can handle plenty of racing others can't

We love the world of racing. Journalists always want to sensationalise a story for their own ego. Racing should be able to police itself and must. I do believe that racing folk wants racing to be as fair as possible.

Drugs. Are very nice 👌. It helps a horse win nothing wrong with that if you back a nice price winner. Very good.
