Yea heather is crazy! This one is hard to tell who went through it. Maybe it was the previous owners but i just question why they didnt take any of the personal stuff... Either way we will make a profit!

I would say that it was staged especially as the manager had told you he knew nothing of the owners I find that hard to believe as he would have been chasing them for payment think you may have been told that so you didn’t ask any questions and he would not trip himself up answering them

Yea its hard to tell who went through it. But again its all speculation and cant prove anything but something was a little fishy with this unit. Who knows!

The Limoges porcelain is good quality and as far as I know sought after in America (I am in Australia) - the second box of porcelain was also decent quality. It feels like a typical unit to me (at least for my part of the world). Bear in mind, that you usually select your units, but only got this more typical unit while filling in a few days. Storers do stop paying when they feel that there is no real value in continuing to pay, and will sometimes clear what they remember is there. Even if the storer raided it before they stopped paying, that doesn't make it a manager's special. It "looks" consistant as one storers stuff, but with that amount of room down the side, they may have removed what they wanted before they stopped paying...

I have found plenty of gold and silver in units just this one was a little fishy to say the least haha
