I'm pretty sure that's M3 Ranch. We considered that community. It was #1 one on my list. We also looked at South Pointe, which is also beautiful. Ultimately, we went with Mira Lagos, which is technically Grand Prairie, but Mansfield School District. You can't really go wrong south of Broad St.

Yes, in DFW the further south you go, the cheaper the houses. But the lower the resale value on those homes too! We all know why. That same house in the Northern and NW suburbs will be higher, as will the resale value. So, there are definitely tradeoffs.

That’s why I’m hesitant to buy out there I almost went for it the resale value is not good in some areas which is why I’m considering up North.

Girl at this point we need to move to Texas because the prices for the square footage is amazing compared to here 😮both homes were nice but I love the 1st 1 because of the space, and the 2nd 1 layout was better to me! My husband would have done the samething 😅 if he stepped through the front door and didn't like what he saw he would immediately leave back through the door without going in 😂😂😂 why are men like that though 😅
