Dude No A-rab conquered East Africa, matter of fact Africa was the FIRST PLACE Prophet mohamed's family and companions settled as refugees and the first openly practicing community EVER was in Africa!!! You need to read some history. Oman used to rule the whole of the east coast of Africa and the island of Madagascar. They established cities and influenced much of the culture which is still a mix between arab and african even the language that the local speak is called Swahilli after the arabic word for the coast and its very similar or heavily influenced by arabic.
