Love your work, man, but I wouldn't make long term plans around the communities response to a once in a generation game release. Once the dust settles in a few months, see how things are going. Also remember that in the long-term POE works on the boom/bust cycles of leagues. I wish you the best!

Great mindset man to not get too caught up in the highs. Like you said, as long as your new low is higher than your previous low you're doing something right. Many creators (& viewers as well), unfortunately don't understand that & it destroys their motivation. You stay around long enough and you'll also likely blow that high out of the water one day too! Kinda like Darth did. Great work Tri.

Just a warning, subscribers on all of twitch are down, and once the hype of poe2 dies down its not unlikely youll see a fraction of your current supporters actually stick around. I play new mmos so ive seen tons of content creators put themselves in uncomfortable situations for the sake of attempting to go full time. Basically all im saying is, dont literally go all in quitting your job and stuff

When you say, "I need to figure out what to sacrifice" I highly recommend drawing a line hat you do not sacrifice anything to do with time with, or support of, your family. You had time set aside for Hobby, I'm sure, and so that's the area of your life you should be willing to sacrifice to pursue this. It sounds like you don't want to sacrifice your day job, which is different from most Twitchers, and refreshing. So the areas you can sacrifice are basically, Hobby time, and Sleep. And I recomend making sure you get 7 hours of sleep a night minimum (because there will always be 5 More Minute syndrome that causes you to get 6 hours instead, lol). So glad you're seeing so much success and positivity being returned to you for the positivity you have shared with us. Keep living positively!

Hello Tri! Love your content, and love your attitude, this being the reason I watch you for a while now. As others have said, don't think about sacrificing your real life job. That job is your safety net, so don't let go of it just yet. Besides, it looks to me that you did an amazing job already with this channel even while having a real job as well, so I see no reason to make that kind of sacrifice. I think that what you created here is already great, and in my opinion, just keep doing what you have been doing. No need to fix something that is not broken :) All the best!

I told you buddy, you are a nice guy! I knew youd blow up, it was in the cards! just keep making people smile and provide good content like you have been! The hype of POE 2 was the wave you needed to get you ship away from the shore. But the sea can be treacherous and hard to navigate, you need to ensure you have a solid crew that can ride out the storms that wait out on the waves. Try to avoid the big waves and learn to catch the wind in your sails! I don't have much more advice buddy but i will say....... you definitely need to think long and hard on the next part. Through the connections you have made with other streamers, I think you can find your way!

I wanted to stop by to wish you luck and say thank you. I really thoroughly enjoyed all of the interview/podcast content you did. We have a lot of build creators, grinders, HCSSF enjoyers and so on in the community; it for a very long time felt to me that after Baeclast disapeared we were missing a good quality interview/podcast style content. It seems to me, that your natural liveliness and curiosity makes the conversations flow well, without if feeling scripted, or - or the lack of better word - rigid.. And maybe one-on-one format also was facilitating that. In any case, IMO you are now best interviewer/conversationalist in the space, and primed to fill a niche, that was unoccupied for a while in this community. If that's something you wish to do - you can make it happen. And I would love to watch more of that content. So once again, best of luck to you and thanks again!

I've been early on your hype train, and I aint leaving. I like the positivity you spread around the game and it's future. If anything; DO NOT sacrifice what you like to do in your off time, DO NOT sacrifice time with your family. BE WARY this career has ups and downs. It would be awesome if you could follow your passion, really hope you do. It certainly looks like its possible. Perhaps an idea, is to look for 3-4 day "regular" work so you can invest more of those other days to this and see what that gets ya. I think Kripp and Quin (like DM/Asmon) can give you some very good advice if you like to follow this career path.

I think there are 2 big reasons why you are doing well and will continue to do so and I will do a small comparison to other creators I follow and enjoy to illustrate the point. I am a gamer dad like you and only recently got into ARPGs seriosly with Diablo 4 (i had played many in the past Diablo 1 2 3, titan quest, grimm dawn but mostly campaign and then stopped like a single player game) I play to take some stress away from a long day and a activity I enjoy doing with my wife who also plays so when I am looking for content I want "drama free stuff". As I mentioned on 2 points, 1 you remind me of DM as both of you are "real people" I am sure if anyone was to meet you they will find you are the same person theynsee in videos and 2 your positivity and love of the game is both genuine and infectious. I dont understand why in ARPG community anyone who is positive (like Rob who i feel receives a lot of hate for being positive with Diablo 4) immediately is discounted, it is like a sin saying I love this game even with its faults. I hope your channel will continue to grow and I am sure you will become an important and integral part of POE 2

Please, push for all types of builds in poe2 to have something to do not saying all builds should beat bosses But all builds should have a spot they can grind. In end game. I fear players like my dad will reach end game. And their builds will fail. And I don't think the answer is. "Just copy a build of somebody else that can " It should be more so. What type of content. Is your build good at in endgame. AoE? Bosses? Map pushing? Magic find? Solo play? Group play( not everyone wants to play in a group ) Copy paste successful streamer build. After beating the story with your custom build you were having fun with. Will feel really bad. To a large portion of players. Now. I don't wanna see difficulty nerfed either But there's gotta be a fun way to keep casuals happy with their fun builds. And elite gamers happy. With challenging Pinnacle bosses I feel like right now. At the end game. There is no uniqueness of builds. Everyone playing the same. .. but early on. It's so fun to throw things together And feel like it's "your" build. But. I get that not all things are practical .. but even still there should be .. something to do for everyone. Even if that something isn't that same thing. For everyone at endgame.
